Rishi Kishnani, Programming Head, Radio One Mumbai, told RadioAndMusic.com, We have given a cricket flavour to our most popular property, Play Your  Music Day, in keeping with the predominant mood at the onset of the biggest cricketing extravaganza. Play Your Music Day normally plays out on Wednesdays, but considering that the World Cup 2011 was inaugurated only yesterday, and the first match starts tomorrow, Saturday, we shifted this Cricket-special Play Your Music Day to today. We have also launched our cricket anthem sung by Shaan and Kailash Kher, written by Swanand Kirkire and composed by Leslie Lewis, earlier this week. All these initiatives  are our way of becoming one with our listeners and cricket-crazy fans of India and cheering for the Indian team….

Radio One will also be cheering India with their Cricket Anthem: Go India Go… sung by Shaan and Kailash Kher.
