MUMBAI: Indeep Bakshi who’s known for his blockbusters like Saturday Saturday and Kala Chashma has been felicitated with ‘Most Popular Singer Amongst The Youth’ at Dhamal Punjabi Music Awards powered by E24 and News 24 held at JW Marriott, Chandigarh on Wednesday.
Indeep Bakshi was awarded by Balbir Singh Sidhu, Cabiner Minister, Punjab and GP Singh, MLA (Candidate of Congress) along with Anurradha Prasad, Editor-in-chief of News 24 and CMD of B.A.G Network.
On receiving the award Indeep said, “I would say I am not a singer but instead an entertainer who makes stress busters so that people can listen and dance on my songs. I would thank 106.4 Radio Dhamal, News 24 and E24 for honouring me with the youth icon ‘Most Popular Singer’ amongst the youth and giving me this opportunity to stand along with the singing sensations because of which the Punjabi Music Industry has touched the sky.”

Indeep is now the most favourable amongst youth not only because of his songs but also because of his style and physique. Moreover, Indeep has now taken a step forward to be a youth icon by being the host/anchor and producer of a reality show MTV’s Date To Remember.
Also among the singers present at the awards night were Harbhajan Mann, Wadali Brothers, Sukhbir, Kamaal Khan, Nooran Sisters, Navraj Hans, Ninja, Ikka, Shankar Sawhney, Dr. Jaspinder Narula and famous Punjabi actor Gurpreet Signh Gughi was also present to make the evening more entertaining. Indeep also showed his moves the awards show by performing Saturday Saturday and Kala Chashma.
Indeep is all busy with his upcoming projects, recently he released his new track song Classy which is a remake of his own song Lagti Tu Best. The song has already crossed one million views on YouTube and is still going viral.
