MUMBAI: Twin sister alt-pop duo Ellie and Louise Macnamara, also known as Heathers, continue their international ascent with the release of their new single Midnight Train. A beautifully-crafted pop track consolidating the duo’s signature harmonies and vocal subtleties is brought together with production courtesy of Liam Howe (Lana Del Ray, Marina & The Diamonds).
Midnight Train follows the success of their recent singles Call Home and November and the release of their Irish Choice Music Prize-nominated second album Kingdom. Lead single Forget Me Knots swiftly became a cult favourite in the US, Canada and Germany, culminating in extensive touring runs in those territories in addition to the girls’ first Asian tour in Malaysia.
