Bhatia has initiated ideas like the Human Resource Information System which facilitates online management of performance and employee database, and caters to regular issues like employee attendance, travels, leave, etcetera at My FM. Employees with superior performance records are rewarded with quarterly overseas tours. Long Service Awards too have been initiated.
To increase employee performance and skill sets, a training session for the entire sales team is structured to ensure better understanding of the organization values and systems. Regular workshops and seminars are conducted by the likes of Shiv Khera and lecturers from IIMs and MDIs. The programming team too undergoes training from international consultants to facilitate employee- and consequently, company performance and development.
