MUMBAI: It’s rare to see the legendary singer Gurdas Maan away from his concerts but this time he took some time off his busy schedule to promote his recently released single ‘Punjab’.
‘Punjab’ is Maan’s take on the present situation of Punjab. Maan is seen essaying the role of time and he takes freedom fighter Bhagat Singh from the past to present, the year 2017. In the single, he talks about issues from drugs, selfie addictions, protests, fast food, violence, pesticides, etc.

According to a source, Maan sang his new single ‘Punjab’ and a few other songs on ‘the Voice’ sets.
