MUMBAI: The official mash up DJ of Bollywood, DJ Chetas is going to get extremely busy with his upcoming performances in MTV Bollyland and various others. But the DJ has squeezed out a little time from his schedule to create mash ups for a couple of films ‘Bang Bang’ and ‘Happy New Year’.
Talking about the mash ups to Radioandmusic.com DJ Chetas said, “I am still not happy with the mash up of ‘Happy New Year’ that I have made and I shall take a couple of days more for finish it. The mash up for ‘Bang Bang’ is almost done and will be released in a week. I have also added a few elements of EDM in both the mash ups but at the same time I have also made sure that I do not overdo it as India is yet to get accustomed to EDM. “
Post the release of ‘Happy New Year’ and ‘Bang Bang’ mash up, he also plans intends to create a romantic mash up for T Series. “Apart from the romantic mash up I am also making a mash up of the songs by Yo Yo Honey Singh. While making a mash up I am extremely cautious that I maintain the theme of the song. If the songs in the album are romantic, I cannot make a party number,” explained DJ Chetas.

He has also signed a six month contract with 9XM for a show called ‘House of Dance with DJ Chetas’. “The show will be aired for a couple of hours with no breaks or no ads. It will only have exclusive remixes made by me. It is for the people who organise small house parties and if they want some good music to groove, they can always tune in to my show, ” he concluded.
