MUMBAI: Dev Negi is on a rollercoaster ride at the moment with back-to-back hits and the latest single to be dropped by this artiste is Zaroori Toh Nahi. The single has been released in association with Indie Music Label.
Commenting on the association, Indie Music Label managing director Naushad Khan said, “Zaroori Toh Nahin is a beautiful ghazal which is missing nowadays. We also wanted to give a melodic treat to our audience with good poetry. It’s in a pure ghazal which clearly speaks about one-sided love. Zaroori Toh Nahin has a beautiful and soulful melody. Negi has produced the music and composed the song as well and it’s safe to say that the song is hitting all the right notes. It is a slow, soft and mellow sounding, exactly like you’d want it to be when you think of a story that narrates unrequited love. The lyrics are penned by Amit Sharma and video is directed by Jasmeen Oza.
