MUMBAI: Singer Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is reportedly house-hunting in her home city Newcastle and is looking forward to set up a place there with husband Jean-Bernard Versini.
“Cheryl was seen by locals at a restaurant in Ponteland a few weeks ago carrying a bundle of local estate agent pamphlets,” dailystar.co.uk quoted a source as saying.
“She was really friendly to everyone and was overheard discussing her house hunt with the owner.

“She loves Newcastle and would like to have a base nearer her mum,” the source added.
The 31-year-old star, who has charity Cheryl’s Trust, which helps disadvantaged youngsters, based in Newcastle is said to be keen to set up another business in the city with her restaurateur husband.
The source added, “She’s talked about the idea of buying a high-end wine bar and have JB manage it.
“Cheryl would love for JB to have a link to Newcastle too.”
