Cannes 2011: McCann picks up three Radio Lions entries for India

MUMBAI: Three radio entries have been shortlisted from India for the Cannes Lions 58th International Festival of Creativity.

McCann Worldgroup bagged all the three Radio Lions short listings, two for Mirc Electronics’ Onida and one for Radio Mirchi, out of the 78 radio entries submitted from India.

Mirc Electronics title â€?Terminator’ and â€?A few Good Men’ has been nominated in the Home Appliances, Furnishings, Electronics and Audio Visual category and Radio Mirchi’s â€?IRS Callers’ in the Publications and Media category.

All the three campaigns are headed by Prasoon Joshi, and the creative directors are Akshay Kapnadak, Rahul Mathew and O.r. Radhakrishnan.

The winners will be declared on Wednesday, 22 June.
