Big Memsaab to launch on radio and TV in Punjab

MUMBAI: After running for five successful years in Central India, reality show Big Memsaab is all set to make its debut on radio and TV in Punjab.

The show will air on  Big FM and Spark Punjabi engaging the housewives who will get an opportunity to demonstrate their talent. The city auditions will commence from August end and will go across various cities of the region which include Chandigarh, Patiala, Jalandhar, Amritsar and Ludhiana.

The first season of the show will offer housewives a platform to showcase their talent ranging from singing, dancing, arts and crafts to women showcasing their ability to bargain. Contestants from each city will be shortlisted through on-ground auditions and each city will host a finale.

The show will be promoted across various media platforms through extensive on-ground activation, out of home, print and digital.

Speaking about the show, Big FM spokesperson said, “The concept of the show was built on a key insight that today’s housewives have their own individuality and can create their own identity. After hugely successful seasons in Central India, Big Memsaab now makes its debut in Punjab, giving women here a unique opportunity. The show promises to make for an excellent entertainment package for audiences while offering marketers an excellent opportunity to get interactive with this core target audience through this holistic property.”
