MUMBAI: After Big FM Mumbai held a live coverage of Raavan’s music launch on 14 May, it’s Chennai station did a live radio telecast of the curtain raiser of the film’s Tamil version Ravanan exclusively from the venue.
Hosted by RJ Dheena, the show went live from 6pm to 9pm giving the viewers interviews of the cast & crew, update on the first look. The station took its listeners through the first look and sneak peek of the film at the red carpet in Sir Mutha Venkata Subba Rao Concert Hall.
Mani Ratnam, A R Rehman, Vikram, Santosh Sivan, Priya Mani, Vairamuthu, Prithiviraj were present at the curtain raiser event.
Last months, Big Fm Mumbai held the live broadcast of the film’s music launch across its 35 networks.
