BANGALORE: Big FM Bangalore has re-launched its evening show–â€?No Tension’ hosted by RJ â€?Rockstar’ Rohit. Sandalwood comedian Komal launched the new format of the show.
The show airs between 5-9pm and has been split into four one hour segments, the first hour would be a light comedy lifestyle show; the second segment a â€?Mental Show’ similar to Mumbai Big FM’s â€?Mad Show’; the third segment- a Pranks show and the last one a â€?Mind Bender’ show.

The station had done a research which showed that after a hard day’s work in the office, audiences’ wanted comedy to relieve tension.
92.7 Big FM operations head of programming and marketing-Karnataka and Keral Sunitha D-Souza said, We are trying a format similar to the David Lettermen show. The station has also tied up with Star Network’s Kannada offering Suvarna TV- RJ Rohit will participate in some of Suvarana’s comedy shows. This is likely to happen throughout a three to six month period….
Big FM is going all out to promote the show with a gamut of BTL and ATL activities that include billboards’, on-air jingles, gigs, a van with branding of the show to encourage people to listen to it. RJ Rohit will also visit malls, corporate offices with comedians at these places.
