Big CBS Networks brings AmericaÆs Got Talent to Indian screens

MUMBAI: Offering viewers global content, Big CBS Network has acquired the sixth season of popular reality talent show America’s Got Talent. The show will be simulcast in India on the network’s three channels.

The network has signed a deal with Fremantle to acquire the hit show which will be aired on Big CBS Prime, Love and Spark from 30 July every Monday to Thursday at 9pm. The latest season will feature unique talent where participants will compete to be the best in US and win a cash prize of USD one million. The contestants will be judged by Howie Mandel, Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan.

The show comprises of talents ranging from singers and dancers to magicians, comedians and painters. There is no restriction on age or talent that can be showcased, making the talent hunt one of the most coveted shows internationally.

To ensure we live up to our promise, we have entered into a deal with Fremantle to bring one of the biggest global reality talent shows America’s Got Talent to India. Not restricting to audience profiles, we are going ahead with a simulcast across all the three channels.”
