Radio Mirchi listeners experienced a bright Wednesday morning when versatile film director Sanjay Leela Bhansali went onair with RJ Jeeturaj to promote his forthcoming release, Guzaarish. Through the conversation, Bhansali revealed the passionate musician aspect of his personality. After all, the respected director makes a foray into music direction with Guzaarish. Bhansali admitted he is a great fan of Lata Mangeshkar. “Her songs have always fascinated me,… he said, adding, Thanks to her, I was inspired to bring out the musician in me by composing songs of Guzaarish.”
Mirchi listeners were also thrilled to know that Hrithik Roshan essays the role of a Radio Jock besides playing a magician in ‘Guzaarish’. On being asked about his marriage plans, the Bhansali revealed that he would want his wife to be a blend of the qualities of his leading ladies.
Guzaarish stars Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai and explores the sublime relationship between human beings, their love for life and struggle to overcome all kinds of obstacles by sheer will power. The film is set to release on 19th November, 2010.
