MUMBAI: Singer Beyonce Knowles is not part of ‘The Big Short’, a movie adaptation of the famous book ‘The Big Short: Inside the Doomsday Machine’.
Christian Bale and Steve Carell, a representative for Paramount Pictures, have denied speculations in this regard telling a website Gossip Cop that it’s “not true”, reports aceshowbiz.com.
Michael Lewis, author of the best-selling novel, was the one who spoke about Knowles’s possible involvement in the movie.

Appearing on an American morning television programme ‘CBS This Morning’, Lewis said, “The movie started filming on Monday,in New Orleans and had an incredible cast, including Christian Bale, Ryan Gosling, Steve Carell … and I think Beyonce.”
Beyonce was last seen in the 2009-released film ‘Obsessed’.
Adam McKay is directing the film with no release date yet fixed.
