MUMBAI: With Janmashtami just around the corner, StarPlus’ music reality show, Dil Hai Hindustani 2 has some colourful plans as versatile singer Benny Dayal graced the podium as a ‘Legend’. The episode will be aired in the coming weekend.
On his experience of being on the show, Benny says, “It was a pleasure to hear the mesmerizing voice of so many young talented individuals and to mentor them and be a part of their singing journey. It feels great when people give more importance to Indian music, celebrate it and spread it across. It is a very unique concept and I was delighted to be a part of this show.”
The multi-faceted vocalist was enthralled as he performed with the contestants. By sharing his personal experiences, Dayal turned mentor to these bundle of talent. The contestants had a gala time, performing alongside this versatile singer and took note of the guidance, he showered them with.
