MUMBAI : Revolucionarios, from Mexican folk/death metal group Aztlan, is taken from the album Revolución. The concept of Aztlan is to expose the Mexican culture from ancient times like Aztecs and Mayan to the present day with the sound of Mariachi and Prehispanic Music through a world full of mysticism.
Revolución is a conceptual album dedicated to the armed movement that took place in Mexico in 1910. It was a bloody war known as “The Mexican Revolution”.
Aztlan are set to appear at Rotafest on October 21st as part of their Tour de Muertos 2023. Rotafest takes place in Tepic, Mexico.
