MUMBAI: Atul Sabharwal’s upcoming action crime thriller film – Aurangzeb is all set to release a new video for the track ‘Barbaadi’ with the film’s release on 17 May. The song is rendered by K Mohan, the lead vocalist of the band Agnee, and is composed by Amartya Bobo Rahut.
Rahut has composed two tracks in the film. Speaking with Radioandmusic.com, Rahut said, “Initially, there were plans of launching only one video ‘Barbaadiyaan’ but now they have decided to launch a video for my other track ‘Barbaadi’ in the film. It will feature the lead in an intense love-making scene. This will be launched on the release date of the film.”
“It is a heavy track with intense human emotion. I really like the track,” said Mohan.

The music album consists of five songs and four instrumental songs in the voices of Ram Sampath, Sashaa Agha, Keerthi Sagathia and Marianne D’Cruz Aiman.
Amartya Bobo Rahut fondly called Bobo in the advertising fraternity has delivered many well known advertising jingles. “I have done over 2000 adverts. Films and advertising is very different. Film is a bigger canvas and takes more time and in advertising you need to complete in couple of days. But both have their own fun,” said Rahut.
Mohan said, “Bobo is my old friend from advertising and I have done many jingles with him.”
The film stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Arjun Kapoor, Sashaa Agha, Swara Bhaskar,Jackie Shroff, Rishi Kapoor, Amrita Singh, Sikander Kher and Kavi Shastri. Produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj films, the film is slated to release on 17 May.
