Due to the unavailability of Gandhi Maidan on account of Republic Day celebrations, the venue has been shifted to Bihar Veterinary College Ground.

Noteworthy updates include the addition of VIP Lounge on both the left and right sides of the stage, ensuring that no zone is compromised in terms of visibility. VIP seats have been strategically placed, and the VIP Zone in the map has been visible from the beginning.
