MUMBAI: The ‘Hookah Bar’ singer, Aman Trikha has rendered his vocals for the track ‘Har Har Gange’ in the upcoming Bhushan Kumar flick, ‘Bhootnath Returns’. In doing so, the singer has teamed up with the Delhi Belly composer, Ram Sampat.
“It is a dream come true for any singer for his song to feature someone as renowned as Amitabh Bachchan. And it was obviously fun working with Ram Sampat. I was not even told that the track will be picturised on Big B. He is one of the finest composers who has a sense of music.” said Trikha to Radioandmusic.com. Trikha has previously worked with Sampat for a jingle.
“The song is very simple but peppy and has a hard hitting message. The song conveys that one cannot commit all the sins and then go to the church or a temple for confessions to escape ‘karmas'”, he added. The brief given to the singer was to go mad since it has a Punjabi tadka to it. He claimed that the biggest challenge was to comply with the melody, which has many ups and downs.
The singer also has a couple of tracks in Subhash Ghai’s upcoming movie ‘Kaanchi’. Both tracks are said to be very different from each other. Composing the music for this movie will be Ismail Darbar.
