MUMBAI: After cases in the Madhya Pradesh High Court and the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court, Aamir Khan production Delhi Belly has now been dragged in another case in the principal bench of the Allahabad High Court.
The Allahabad High Court has issued notice to actor and producer of Delhi Belly, Aamir Khan and asked to file reply within three weeks on public exhibition of an objectionable song Bhaag DK Bose. The court also issued notice to censor board, song writer and singer of the song, claims lawetalnews.
The High Court also asked the centre to explain what it has done to stop the exhibition of song Bhaag DK Bose.
Advocate Saumitra Dwivedi has filed a PIL in the court seeking a ban on showing the controversial song in the film. Petitioner claimed that abusive language has been used in the song and hence it be removed from the film and its broadcast otherwise be banned.
