MUMBAI: 141Sercon, a brand activation agency, has announced that it has bagged the Radio City FM account.
141Sercon will be responsible to boost the brand value for the radio station through their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programmes and campaigns. The CRM programme will focus to build relevant communication programmes for the radio station based on the on ground research conducted by 141Sercon.
