NEW DELHI: The Veecon Group, a diversified corporate entity which also runs television channels, has now entered the arena of music with a dream to promote good and true music through three albums in the devotional music genre under the label of “Veecon Music and Entertainment”.
The corporate has interest in “Alternate Energy Development, Marketing & Distribution of Hi- technology Security Equipment’s including Scanners and Detection equipments for Airports and Sensitive Installations, Media & Broadcasting and Tourism.”
Veecon Group’s Media vertical was launched last year during Navratras and Veecon Media now has two television channels –Kaatyayani Television (dedicated to Mother Goddess) and VEE NEWS.
Speaking on the album launch, Veecon Group Managing Director J K Srivastava said, In times when the music industry is under many threats, Veecon believes that through its abundant dedication, sincerity, key alliances and the great talent of the artists it brings on board, the industry will once again reclaim its glorious position….

I am extremely happy to share that we successfully launched Kaatyayani television during Navratras and this year also on the auspicious occasion of Navratras we have formally launched our Music and Entertainment venture with the release of three devotional musical offerings.”
The first is a brand new Punjabi devotional album Ajj Maa Nu Manaa Lo sung by the Bollywood playback and Sufi singer Richa Sharma. The other two twin CD album packs feature devotional masterpieces by legendary Bollywood film composer and Bhajan singer Ravindra Jain. The two albums are Mangal Bhavan –Amangal Haari… featuring the best of Ram and Hanuman Bhajans And Shri Krishna Govind – Hare Murari… featuring the best of Radha-Krishna Bhajans. Both the album celebrates the festive mood of the season and also offers listeners a chance to own the best of masterpieces created by music maestro-Ravindra Jain and sung by Suresh Wadekar, Sadhana Sargam, Kavita Krishnamurthy and Ravindra Jain himself.
