MUMBAI: Music-lovers were all ready for the newest addition to the city’s hottest gigs- as Tiger Beer presented â€?Tiger Live Tributes’ on Wednesday 27, 2009. Curated by Luke Kenny, Tiger Live Tributes will be hosted every month at Mumbai’s most cutting edge venue- Blue Frog. Tiger Live Tributes will showcase Indian bands paying an ode to the legends of music. The event had started off yesterday with Luke and his band performing the most memorable songs by the iconic â€?Rolling Stones’.
With â€?Tiger Live Tributes’, Tiger Beer hopes to add a new dimension to Mumbai’s burgeoning night-life- an opportunity to meet up with friends over beers, relax and re-wind to the good old days. In the coming months, Tiger Live Tributes will set the stage for a vast line-up of Indian artistes & bands to recreate the magic of the world’s most idolized music acts.
