MUMBAI: The wait is finally over! The music of Aamir Khan’s highly anticipated movie ‘Talaash’ has finally released and all the tracks are available on Hungama.com. After composing some soulful music for Delhi Belly and Satyamev Jayate, Ram Sampath is back with enthralling music for Aamir’s movie ‘Talaash’.
The album starts with a soft-rock and instantly catchy number ‘Muskaanein Jhooti Hai’ sung by Suman Sridhar. A harmonious track with soft beats, seductive melody and evincive lyrics that creates perfect environment for a jazz bartender song. ‘Jee le zara’ is another exceptional number with a very resonant and humble melody by Ram Sampath and the soft crooning vocals and breezy voice texture by Vishal Dadlani. Next is, ‘Jiya Lage Na’ – a fast beat semi- classical track with slightly western touch and abstinent lyrics is expressively rendered by Sona Mohapatra & Ravindra Upadhyay. ‘Hona Hai Kya’ is a highly situational song as the lyrics reflects the suspense and thriller genre of the movie. The tempo of the songs sees a gradual and soft transition from fast to slow. The final track ‘Laakh Duniya Kahe’ sung by Ram Sampath, is a soft rock ballad track with subtle and soft melody. Deep meanings in the lyrics written by Javed Akhtar further beautify the piece. The background chorus is sweet and magnifies the feel of the song.
