MUMBAI: One of the country’s fastest growing radio networks, Sun Radio Network, LLC , has retained TransMedia Group, one of Florida’s top-ranked and largest independent PR firms, to get the word out that they have expanded their headquarters to South Florida and continue to rapidly grow
TransMedia’s publicity will involve a community relations campaign in Boca Raton where the network’s founder and CEO Jay Bailey relocated his hugely successful broadcast business last August, said TransMedia’s Chairman and CEO Tom Madden
Bailey said he chose TransMedia “because of the firm’s broadcast publicity background, plus its deep roots in the community where we’re now located. TransMedia will publicize why advertisers, large and small, are turning to Sun Radio’s more than 3,000 stations nationwide for the results we deliver through demo and geo targeted networks,” he added.

The firm will target traditional media combined with social media covering South Florida initially and then spreading outward nationwide. “Our publicity will underscore how during the current economic downturn, Sun Radio has experienced an upturn in business. In fact, an announcement will be made later this week about an exciting new acquisition that is sure to make waves within the industry,” said TransMedia Public Relations Director Allison McCormick.
“We’ll report how much the sun has been shining on the innovative network Jay Bailey has created, which has grown to more than 3,000 radio stations covering 99% of the U.S. Population,” said Louise Canuto, Director of Media Relations at TransMedia.

According to Madden, “no national network has ever taken such a pinpointed approach for its customers, which is what makes Sun Radio different and what keeps clients coming back for more.” No stranger to broadcast, Madden is a former top executive at NBC where he was liaison between top management and the network’s radio division, and prior to that he had a similar position at American Broadcasting Companies.
