Legend has it that Tansen, one of the navratnas of Akbar’s court summoned the rains with his rendition of Raag Megh Malhar. Radio Mirchi revisits the folklore in its* *one hour special on Sunset Samosa, everyday until the rain gods bless Mumbai. Some of the most renowned singers like Javed Ali, Sona Mohapatra, Kavita Seth, Tochi Raina, Shruti Pathak and many more, along with Mirchi listeners will sing and beckon the monsoons in their inimitable way.
