MUMBAI: Premiere Networks, the leading audio network in the U.S., and TMZ, the leading entertainment news brand, announced today they have joined efforts, in association with Agile Media Partners, to launch TMZ Radio – a new national weekday vignette for entertainment radio stations Hosted by TMZ founder and executive producer Harvey Levin, the radio vignette features TMZ’s trademark blend of trusted entertainment information, breaking news and unfiltered, honest and humorous look at the world of celebrities that has made it the fastest-growing entertainment news brand, as well as the most-cited entertainment news source in the world, with 69 million viewers/visitors last month across multiple platforms
Available to stations Monday through Friday as two one-minute vignettes, TMZ Radio launched on June 20 and is currently airing on more than 50 stations across the U.S The program’s growing list of affiliates includes the following top markets: New York/WKTU-FM, Los Angeles/KBIG-FM, Chicago/WLIT-FM, Philadelphia/WISX-FM, Boston/WJMN-FM, Atlanta/WWVA-FM and WWLG-FM, Houston/KTBZ-FM, Detroit/WDTW-FM, Phoenix/KESZ-FM and Tampa/WMTX-FM.
