MUMBAI: Pink fans were caught off guard today when they spotted the singer checking out her own promotion at a local Carphone Warehouse store in the UK. Pink is fronting the Samsung Pink Rocks! campaign which delivers exclusive content and free downloads to fans via the Samsung Tocco and Pixon handset.
The artist is preparing for her UK tour, which sees her visiting Glasgow, Birmingham, Belfast, Manchester, Newcastle, Liverpool and London throughout April and May 2009 What fans actually saw was Pink tribute artist Nina Clarke, who was in town promoting the campaign in her rockin’ pink Cadillac.
Fans can visit a Carphone Warehouse throughout the month of March to get their hands on P!nk’s number one album â€?Funhouse’, an exclusive remix of â€?Get the party started’, an MP3 ringtone of the track â€?Sober’ and mobile wallpaper of the â€?Funhouse’ album cover when they buy a Samsung Tocco and Pixon.
