MUMBAI: Entertainment, Media and Communications Company, Percept, today announced the â€?India for Peace’ Concert, a Percept initiative supported by The Indian Television Academy (ITA) and STAR Plus, in memory of the dastardly terrorist attacks of 26/11 in India that appalled not just the nation but the World.
Pledging for harmony, the â€?India for Peace’ Concert will be a LIVE concert held at the Andheri Sports Complex in Mumbai on Sunday, November 1, 2009. The â€?India for Peace’ Concert will showcase performances from the cr?¨me de la cr?¨me of the Indian Entertainment industry, including stars from Bollywood, Television and the Indian Music industry. This concert aims to spread the message of peace, harmony and goodwill through the platform of Entertainment.
Many celebrities from Bollywood and the Television industry attested their support for the concert by attending the press conference held earlier today. The conference was attended by Dia Mirza, Sanjay Gupta, Yukta Mookhey, Rohit Roy, Sudhanshu Pandey, Suresh Menon, Roshni Chopra and Rupali Ganguly, to name a few.
