MUMBAI: “May Peace be your gift at Christmas and blessings all year through” – This was the message Nine FM’s Santa carried for North Bengal and Sikkim this Christmas.
Nine’s Santa visited various places within Siliguri town. He met and greeted children and parents with chocolates and gifts. This venture was a part of the ‘Santa ki Jhappi’ contest which was being conducted on air especially for Christmas since 15th December, 2008.
A similar event was conducted by Nine in Gangtok where Santa spread smiles and joy amongst people. People laid aside all their worries and interacted
and participated in the Christmas revelry.
