The themes in the songs on The Elephant Groove are concerned with people being in tune with their senses. An elephant is perfectly in tune with its sense of smell through its enormous trunk. This is just one way Miss Kristin shows that we can all be in tune with our own senses of sight, hearing and touch by being in tune with our emotions, positive thoughts and personal relationships. Thus, the positive messages in the music are a conduit to positive thinking.
