MUMBAI: Marking a year gone by since the terrorist attacks in Mumbai on November 26, 2008, 94.3 MY FM devoted the entire day on-air by bringing positive sentiments of solidarity, preparedness, pride and also living life fully without fear. Also remembering the lives lost and the courage shown by Indians, MY FM dedicated the day to the theme of Hum Hai!…Jiyo Dil Se!…
As an important dedication to preparedness, MY FM RJs took government authorities on-air questioning them on whether we are better equipped to handle such a crisis as compared to last year. Apart from government authorities, MY FM also took local listeners on-air to speak Mumbai attacks and other acts of terrorism which have affected their lives.
The radio station also planned a candlelight vigil in support of the Mumbai terror victims and martyrs, to show solidarity and bring spirit of togetherness and community.
