MUMBAI: BARC colony awarded as Radio City 91.1 FM Pradushan Mukt Paryavaran Award’ on this World Environment Day by the hands of Smt.Shraddha Jadhav Hon’ble Mayor of Mumbai.
Through a unique initiative â€?Pradushan Mukt Paryavaran Award’, Radio City 91.1FM honoured BARC colony with the awards by the hands of Smt.Shraddha Jadhav Hon’ble Mayor of Mumbai for observing the best environmental practices and minimum pollution level. The nominations were judged by the Radio City 91.1 FM team on the basis of standards of hygiene and the level of noise and air pollution in the locality
At the same time Radio City 91.1 FM team also identify an area which has not been up to the mark as per the environment standards and did a plantation drive at Chunnabhatti region to improve the environment surrounding that locality.
