MUMBAI: The GiMA voting press conference that took place yesterday was a phenomenal success with several industry members coming to cast their vote toward the winners for GiMA 2012.
The voting culminated with a massive bash for the highly celebrated nominees for 2012 where the music fraternity walked down a red carpet into the party. The evening saw the likes of Ayushmann Khurana, Kailash Kher, Anu Malik, Shibani Kashyap, Hard Kaur, Udit Narayan, Anup Jalota, Raghu Ram, Sophie Choudhary, Anushka Manchanda among several others.
The party saw a host of spectacular performances by Manoj Pandya, Harshdeep Kaur, Alyssa Mendonca, Nandini Srikar and Shefali Alvares. Papon regaled the guests with a stunning performance with Shilpa Rao as they paid tribute to late ghazal maestro Jagjit Singh, who’s wife Chitra Singh attended the celebration as well. Agnee thrilled the audience with a stellar rock performance while Raghu Ram and Aditi Rao Sharma had the party spirit soaring high as they sang their hearts out on stage.
The GiMA nominees had a ball of a time and the party was a great success going on until the wee hours of the morning.
