MUMBAI: The cast of the upcoming movie Jannat 2, visited Radio City 91.1FM’s studio in Delhi. Actor Emraan Hashmi was accompanied by the newcomer Esha Gupta, Randeep Hooda and director Kunal Deshmukh.
Riding high on success and popularity, Emraan Hashmi was seen enjoying himself as he relived his experiences while shooting the film and praised the music of the film. In a frank interview with RJ Simran, Emraan Hashmi spoke about the movie and threw light on his experience of working with Esha and Kunal. Reacting to his reputation of being the serial-kisser, Emraan said that the kissing scenes are often the most embarrassing scenes for him. He recounted his discomfort of doing a kissing scene for Jannat 2 where he had to kiss Esha in the middle of a street with onlookers around him. Emraan also revealed the special bond that he shares with Mahesh Bhatt.
Kunal Deshmukh said he is anxious of his project but confident that the audience will like it. He gave out a lot of behind-the-scene trivia, such as, how they had to coordinate with singer Shafaqat Amanat Ali on Skye for a song ‘Tu Hi Mera’, as Shafaqat had a visa issue was not able to come to India. Interestingly, ‘Tu Hi Mera’ was premiered on Radio City 91.1 FM.
