Clear Channel Radio, the leading media company in America with a greater reach than any radio or television outlet, today announced an agreement with Microsoft that will enable the companies to offer a high definition video (HD) stream of the entire two-day iHeartRadio Music Festival exclusively on Xbox 360. The iHeartRadio Music Festival, which takes place September 23-24, 2011, will be the biggest live concert festival in radio history; after it was announced on July 11, it sold out 10 minutes after tickets were put on sale to the general public. This agreement will enable the millions of Xbox 360 users to stream performances from the entire Festival in HD on Xbox LIVE, the largest social entertainment network in the living room.
Live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the iHeartRadio Festival will feature performances from today’s hottest recording artists, including Lady Gaga, Jay-Z, Coldplay, Kenny Chesney, The Black Eyed Peas, Steven Tyler, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Lopez, Carrie Underwood, Jane’s Addiction, Nicki Minaj, David Guetta, Rascal Flatts, Bruno Mars, Sublime with Rome, Kelly Clarkson and special performances from Usher, Sting and Jeff Beck.

Clear Channel will promote the stream through on-air promotion across more than 600 stations, as well as online through 800 station websites, iHeartRadio.com and via social media platforms.
The iHeartRadio Music Festival will be carried live on Clear Channel Radio stations in over 150 markets.
