MUMBAI: Big 92.7 FM, Kanpur, has completed two years of successful operation in the city, in which it has undertaken some great historic campaigns and redefined the meaning of radio and its reach The network which already marks its presence in 45 cities across India started its journey in 2007. BIG 92.7 FM over the last two years, has witnessed launched in record breaking time of 18 months.
BIG 92.7 FM’s 2nd anniversary was just the right time to say thank you to listeners for their invaluable support by introducing fresh new offerings which promises high listener delight. On the eve of its second anniversary, BIG FM Kanpur presented the city â€?RJ Aryan’ for the night band show â€?Kehta hai dil’ In this show, RJ Aryan is ensuring soothing comfort to listeners from the daily hardships of life and also pursuing them to follow their hearts As the name suggests, the show – Kehta Hai Dil has RJ Aryan in his true style, wooing listeners to live a stress-free life by playing some fun and interesting games Not only this RJ Peeyush, RJ Deepali and RJ Sugandha for the first time ever, came together on-air and went live from 7.00 am till 9:00 pm finally giving the lead to the newly launched RJ Aryan in the new show â€?Kehta Hai Dil’. The day-long celebration also saw children from Heaven’s Home NGO and Mayor of the city – Ravindra Patani joining BIG FM team in a cake cutting ceremony.
The Station, which lives its brand-line, Suno Sunao, Life Banao in everything that it does, has over the past two-years, undertaken activities that have really impacted listener lives positively. Over the last two year, BIG 92.7 FM has crossed many milestones and has won many accolades The journey so far has been blissful with the kind of support which has been ushered by the listeners of this city. The year witnessed various innovative campaigns being run by the station including the record making RJ Marathon, Coolest Fresher’s Hunt, BIG Tashani, BIG Kitty Party, Bachpan, Ice Cream Marathon, World Environment Day, Dhundaar T20, BIG Bonus on Diwali and many other special day celebrations.
