MUMBAI: Krishnendu Sen’s Katha group presented the entertainment for the guests st the inaugural performance of “Sound of Soul”.
The show is one of its kind which will be travelling around the globe and performing in 8 countries. It has star singers like Saapna Mukerji , the first Indian singer superstar, along with Benny Dayal of Pappu can’t dance fame, Anushka Manchanda of film Golmaal fame and Indian Idol chocolate boy Rahul Vaidya.
The troop will be presenting the audience with the different genre songs each one is famous for. Each singer will perform on their famous songs. However, the center of attraction of the show will be Saapna Mukerji, a well trained versatile singer.She will entice the audience with her classic hits like Tirchi topiwale, Jab Kisi ko nahi milata, Ek to kam zindgani etc. The singer who has won Filmfare Award within the first year of her musical career for her excellence in the field of music has sung over 400 songs in the industry.

The show is a youth based and started its journey with a grand launch. The launch that happened on 21st August at St. Andrews College, Bandra and witnessed the presence of Bollywood celebrities and Musicians, which includes Asha Bhosle, Zarine Khan, Subrata Roy, Ramesh & Kiran Sippy, Mr & Mrs. Lakdawala, Anandji (of Anand-Milind) & Sheetal Sharma. The show was hosted by Jai Bhanushali.
The show was rarest of rare and was liked by the audience as much as it was enjoyed by youths too. The show was directed by renowned Morani Brothers Cineyug.
