MUMBAI: After going through 29 successfully weeks on Doordarshan’s National Network, finally Close-Up Performer winner is Altamash faridi which wwas aired on 9th February 2009 Monday at evening 10.00 PM on DD1.
After tough competioion between 100 of singers finally Altamash Faridi is Close-Up Performer and he gets a musical contract of 10 lakhs rupees also contract for Rajshri Production’s next film, also one lakh rupees cash. Close-Up Performer is produced by famous Music Director Ravindra Jain.
Being made under the banner of D.R.Productions this musical competition was judged by none other than Ravindra Jain himself with Music Director Shravan Rathod and famous singer Madhushree, beside them there were two special guests on this night singer Sadhana Sargam and Famous artist of Comedy shows Raju Shrivastav. Close-Up Performer was anchored by singer Ravi Tripathi and singer Neha Kakkad.
