MUMBAI: Delhi witnessed a show of Talent from the Eastern Horizons Of India as the Famous Band From Nagaland ALOBO NAGA & BAND performed Live at KINK. The Experimental Contemporary Progressive Rock Music band members were really excited to perform in the Capital as their first official performance in the Delhi/NCR region. The performance was specially organized before the release of their Album titled ‘Painted Dreams’ slated for launch in Dimapur on 21st October and was in association with Kink and VH1 to have them perform in Delhi.
The evening saw the Band perform their hit single ‘Painted Dreams’ single which also features on no.4 on the VH1 India channel’s top 10 chart busters amongst the likes of heavy weight artists like Lady Gaga and Lady Antebellum. They sang some of their other original compositions which will also be a part of their upcoming Album along with some covers of famous rock acts as well which was a special treat for their fans and other music enthusiasts who had come out to Kink on Saturday night to listen to the group perform.
The songs Colours, Painted Dreams, free, Colour my world, the end and a brand new single which is already slated to be the title track of a Bollywood movie of the same name slated for release in 2012-called ‘Beyond’ were some of the highlighted numbers performed by the band.

The night saw music enthusiasts, media and Party animals from Delhi and Noida come out to Kink to enjoy the special night and have fun. KINK is Noida’s most popular pub and is becoming increasingly popular for experimenting with various forms of music (and fusion music). Alobo Naga is part of their Endeavour to provide visibility to music talent from across the country, who have not yet acquired pop cult status.
