MUMBAI: On the second gala Saturday of the Purani Jeans Film Festival, Radio Mirchi screened the classic â€?An Evening in Paris’ and the special guests for the evening were none other than the graceful Sharmila Tagore and the original rockstar Shammi Kapoor!
Mirchi listeners turned out in droves to watch their favourite film with the legends, Sharmila and Shammi Kapoor, who still continue to charm us with their charisma. â€?An Evening in Paris’, a film that became a hot favourite with everyone for the chemistry between the lead pair and the melodious songs by Shankar-Jaikishen was a hit once again, 33 years after its release! Mirchi listeners went down the nostalgic path, crooned with the stars present, were mesmerized by Sharmila’s beauty and applauded at Shammiji’s on screen antics.
