MUMBAI: 94.3 MY FM, the Dainik Bhaskar Group radio station celebrated the World Hug Day on the 4th December 2007 across its 17 stations pleasantly involving the citizens and prominent civic authorities` officials of the cities.
In a completely Dil Se! initiative, the channel surprised the common man on the street with hugs from the higher authorities of the respective city. The Mayor & the Commissioner of Police walked up to people that work for the cities everyday- people who clean the streets, regulate traffic, build roads. They hugged them, bringing smiles to many a faces, dil se!
Also on the mission to spread happiness & smiles were the 94.3 MY FM RJs, who came out on the street to hug people and thus started a contagious chain of people hugging each other & enjoying life without any barriers within themselves.
