MUMBAI: Gionee has announced the launch of its latest gadget- Marathon M4 in India. The new smartphone is available on Flipkart, and the USP of the gadget is its 5000mAh battery which can last up to 440 hours on standby. The smartphone also provides 50 hours of talktime. An additional feature of the phone is the ‘hot knot’ feature, which allows users to exchange photos merely by placing their screens side by side.
The Marathon M4 features a 5 inch Super AMOLED display, with a resolution of 720×1280. The phone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor CPU, and features 2GB RAM and 16GB international storage, which can be expanded up to 32 GB through a microSD.
With a dual SIM offering, this smartphone sports an 8 megapixel primary camera, which offers autofocus and flash features, while the front camera is 5 megapixels, and has a manual auto focus feature. The Marathon M4 runs on 5.0 Android and Amigo 3.0, and is available in Black, and White options.
The Marathon M4 supports 4g LTE connectivity and is priced at Rs 15,499.
