MUMBAI: Micromax has launched â€?A-55 Bling-2′ handset in its Bling series modeled specially for woman.
The Bling-2 is powered by the Android 2.2 Froyo operating system with a 600 Mhz processor. It features 7.1 cm capacitive touchscreen, Mi-Fi pocket wireless internet and several built-in apps like Whatsapp messenger, Saavn- Music on Demand, Mosho- Mobile shopping, Mundu Live TV and MiRoamer- Mobile radio.
The handset works with both 2G as well as 3G networks and supports quad-band GSM networks (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and WCDMA (2100 MHz) technology. It offers upto 32GB of expandable memory support.
Bling 2 comes in a glossy Swarovski Zirconia finish frame, encrusted home button with 3 megapixel camera, 1000 mAh Li-ion battery and 3.5mm audio jack. The handset is priced at Rs.9000.
