MUMBAI: Mobile maker Huawei has announced the launch of its Ascend series smartphones G300 and Y200 in the Indian market. The devices running on android 2.3 version Gingerbread software will be available in the market soon.
Ascend Y200 features 3.5-inch HGVA IPS touch screen, Qualcomm 800MHz CPU and1250mAh battery.The smartphone also comes with dual-mic with background noise cancellation feature, 3.2MP camera, 32GB expandable MicroSD card, HSDPA 900/1200, GSM 850/900/1800/1900 and WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity.
Huawei Ascend G300 offers 4.0-inch WVGA IPS display, 5-megapixel-auto focus camera, 1GHz CPU, FM radio and 512MB of RAM.

According to the company, Huawei Ascend G300 has been priced at Rs. 13490, while Huawei Ascend Y200 will be available at Rs. 8190.
