MUMBAI: Creative Technology Ltd. has announced its new range of MP3 players in India with the introduction of the Creative ZEN Stone and Creative ZEN Stone Plus with built-in speakers.
The new Creative ZEN Stone adds several features like built-in speakers, a vibrant screen, FM radio, voice recording, clock with stopwatch and customizable equalizer settings, a memory stick that can carry up to 500 MP3 or WMA songs. The players also support audible files like AAC files and iTunes which all fits well with its torque shelved design.
In the truly convoluted player there is no driver installation necessary to add music and users can listen up to 20 hours of non-stop music from a single charge of the battery. The player also includes some fancy accessories such as the translucent silicon skin, a sporty armband and ultra-portable keychain with a tiny case that carries the player on-the-go.Creative Technology Ltd India, regional sales manager, Toh Sork Lee spoke about the launch in a report, “The ZEN Stone and ZEN Stone Plus with built-in speaker free you from having to wear headphones to listen to your portable music. It is a great way to be able to enjoy your music whenever and wherever you go.”
The two Zen players are available in elegant matte-metallic black, dark blue, pink and champagne colors. It is being distributed in India by Cyberstar Infocom and India Digital Lifestyle Distributors Pvt Ltd. The 2GB Creative Zen Stone is priced at Rs. 2,799/- and the Creative Zen Stone Plus 2GB comes for Rs. 3,699/-, whereas the 4GB player is available at steal off price of 5,499/- only.
