MUMBAI: Big FM consolidated its lead in Bangalore as per RAM data for week 38, and the fight for third position heated up in Mumbai, as Big FM and Fever fought with AIR’s FM Gold stayed neck to neck in the race.
Bangalore: Big FM strengthened itself, gaining 2 percentage points, reaching a market share of 20.3 per cent, while Radio Mirchi gained 0.9 points to touch a share of 17.6 per cent. Fever stayed at a share of 16.1 per cent, losing 0.3 points in the week. Radio City stayed unchanged at fourth position with a share of 11 per cent, while AIR’s FM Rainbow lost 1.4 points and retained a share of 10.2 per cent.
Delhi: Mirchi lost 0.4 points, but kept its lead in the capital with a share of 23.1 per cent, while Fever at second position lost 2.3 points and ended with a share of 19.6 per cent. AIR’s FM Gold kept its third position gaining 1.3 percentage points and ending with a share of 17.7 per cent. Red FM, Big FM and Radio City followed.

Kolkata: Mirchi consolidated its lead in Kolkata too, gaining 0.2 points and ending the week with a share of 19.4 per cent. Big FM lost one percentage point to end the week with a share of 16.7 per cent, followed by Friends FM which lost 0.1 points to end the week with a share of 13.9 per cent. Aamar FM followed with a share of 10.4 per cent. Red FM, Fever and Meow FM followed.
Mumbai: Mirchi lost 0.1 percentage points to end the week with a share of 18.7 per cent, while Red FM stayed on par with 14.3 per cent. AIR FM Gold kept up at third place with a share of 12 per cent, losing 1.7 percentage points during the week. Big FM and Fever tied at fourth spot with a share of 11.9 per cent, with Big FM gaining 0.8 points and Fever losing 0.4 points during the week.
