MUMBAI: Simiran Kaur Dhadli shot to fame last year with the sleeper hit ‘Sahiba’. The song helped the talented singer earn the much-deserved name and fame in the Punjabi music industry.
Simiran is now ready to strike back with her new song ‘Nazraan’, which features Bigg Boss fame Himanshi Khurana, along with Punjabi film actor Raj Singh Jhinger. Simiran has not only penned the song but also composed it. The music of the song has been produced by Hakeem. The video, directed by Satnam Singh releasing on August 4, is a Times Music and Speed Records project.
Sharing her excitement about the song, singer Simiran Dhadli said, “Singing and writing is my passion, and I feel blessed that I got an opportunity to follow my passion. ‘Sahiba’ became popular and received a hugely positive response, although, the satisfaction and excitement of releasing your first song with a video is something that can’t be explained in words. ‘Nazraan’ is extremely close to my heart and I just wish that people will shower their love and blessings on this song.”

When asked about her working relationship with Himanshi Khurana during the shoot of the song, Simiran said, “It was very exciting to have Himanshi emoting to her lyrics onscreen. She has done complete justice with the emotions attached to the song. I wish people will love our attempts and accept us with open arms.”
She signed off by saying that there are many more songs lined up for release this year.
