MUMBAI: The phenomenal young singer, Dhvani Bhanushali has added another feather to her cap “Jeetenge Hum” composed by Lijo George and DJ Chetas with lyrics by Manoj Muntashir under T-Series.
During an exclusive interview with Tolika Yeptho from Radioandmusic, the 22-year-old expressed on “Jeetenge Hum”, “Everyone will win from this pandemic, the music video clearly shows the benevolent duties performed by the doctors, health workers, police and everyone who is involved. It’s a song dedicated to them, appreciating and showing gratefulness”

The initial ideal of the song was “To lift up the spirits of people” with the idea that it has been quite a long time the whole country is sitting at home trying to fight this virus. “My dad and I tried to figure the song and worked on it, I worked with my set up at home and wasn’t sure regarding the music video but it turned out quite well so we decided to shoot at home with minimal resources and no technology support. We couldn’t shoot in a large scale but we tried our best to tell the story and help people at this time”
Dhvani Bhanushali has a package full of hit film songs like “Dilbar” from “Satyameva Jayate”, “Duniya” from “Luka Chuppi”, “Bekhayali” from “Kabir Singh”, “Psycho Saiyaan” from “Saaho” and “Nachi Nachi” from “Street Dancer 3D”, she has established herself at a very young age as one of the most sought-after playback singers in the industry.
Her famous hit song “Vaaste” has crossed 775 million views on YouTube and is No. 1 in top 10 songs of 2019 in IFPI global music India. “It feels amazing and I feel appreciated. Being a 22-year-old it’s absolutely crazy and insane for this to happen also because it was my first year in the industry. People could connect with “Vaaste”, it makes me happy and motivated to do more” said the pop sensation.
The singer’s present goal is to “create more songs and focus on cultural genre”
While our lives have been recently stripped to the minimum by a virus, the singer is making proper use of this time by learning how to cook, practising her vocals and spending quality time with her dog. In other way, the singer feels it is a good opportunity to learn a lot.
Sharing her inspiration getting into the music industry at a very young age, “Singing has always been my hobby and have been passionate about. I never thought it will turn out to be my profession but when you love something you never really realise when it transacts”
“I feel like it’s a key that if you love your art deeply it gives you success at the end. Performance of singers and pop stars always gave me goosebumps, their presence made me feel so good that it attracted me to give a try in this path” she exclaimed.
Further she adds, “Be passionate and love what you do and one day things will fall into place. Work hard and success will surely follow up”.
